i can never make my measures correct enough to achieve that kind of colors in the sky. I remember a teacher once told me and i forgot. How did u measured that?

Pau, well its a little bit of technical in shooting and a little bit of post. I used a polarizing filter on my lens to shoot and metered somewhere between the sky and the castle. Then in post I did a little bit of fill light to bring up the darker elements and a little bit of recovery to bring down the sky. I think I also added a touch of saturation to the blues.
